I have a passion for property.

I started this business because friends and family always consult me for advice, or ask me to accompany them during their viewings, either because they don't know what questions to ask, what to look out for or how to negotiate with the Estate Agents.

I've also successfully found some great opportunities when searching for property for my own buy to let portfolio. If I'd had the funds I'd have purchased them myself. Sadly, my pockets aren't that deep!

I have extensive contacts with Estate Agents throughout London and the Home Counties and work closely with a well known luxury house builder who passes me leads on building plots and dilapidated property that aren't suitable for them.

As a first time buyer, I found the whole house buying process very intimidating, but Anne took me by the hand and reassured me. She explained the different terminologies and the processes involved. She searched, arranged and accompanied me to viewings, picking up on things I’d never have thought of and asking all the right questions.

She also put me in contact with a solicitor and a very efficient mortgage broker. I didn’t need to talk to any Estate Agents and even making the offer and negotiating was done for me. Thanks Anne for all your help.
